In my previous role I played a key part in an Oracle to SAP ERP & EWM migration spanning 9 years. During this time, I learnt so much from data migrations, performance testing, roll backs, enterprise architecture and much more.

I have always been an analytical person and in 2016 I was given an ultimatum of moving into a Master Data Manager role or to have no job. I had nothing to lose and took the role. I have never looked back and have advanced in a fantastic career.
My educational background is...
Traditional education was not for me. I just about passed my GCSE's and then went to work in retail. In 2021 I obtained a PgCert in Computer Science (Business Computing) and came out with a distinction. More recently I have completed my CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification with DAMA international.
What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...
Don't be afraid. Take the leap and go for it. It is such an innovating space with may roles and there is always more to learn allowing you to grow in your career.
