I have a bachelor degree in "Management Engineering" from an Italian University and a MSC in "Control Engineering" from the University of Sheffield. The vast majority of my work experience is in IT Project Management for the Public Sector.
What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...
I would highly encourage young girls to get involved in digital and technology as I believe they would thrive in this field. I find that it's still a largely male dominated industry, but succeeding in it gives great confidence, resilience and satisfaction.
