I'm CEO os Stribe, an employee survey software company. I lead on the strategy, product and commercial areas, turning ideas into software that people actually use.

I am...
Determined
Creative
Human
The skills I use most in my job...

Leadership and decision-making

Product thinking - shaping tools to solve real workplace problems

Sales and Growth Strategy

Storytelling and communication - making complex ideas land

Resilience and adaptability - learning fast, especially from what goes wrong

The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

It has to be building Stribe! Seeing people use tech you've built every single day will never get old. The real buzz isn't just seeing the adoption - it's watching how they turn employee feedback from the system into genuinely fun, impactful things for their employees.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

It wasn't a straight line! I started in media and journalism, chasing storytelling and audience connection. Tech found me through that. Landing in a startup and later building Stribe showed me tech lets you turn ideas into something people actually use and feel. That's what hooked me.

My educational background is...

I studied Sport and Exercise Science at uni after all-science A-levels - then realised a career in science wasn't for me. I joined student radio alongside my degree and found my love of creativity, audience engagement, and making things. That led me into marketing and journalism, work experience at The Times and other publications, and eventually here.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

You don't need to be "technical" to belong in tech — curiosity and creativity count just as much as code. My path started in radio and journalism, not computer science. Don't wait to feel qualified enough. Back yourself early, ask questions loudly, and lead before you feel like an expert.
