The most interesting time in my career was leading the COVID-19 Recovery Programme for the largest Trust in England.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

It was a leap of faith! I had the opportunity to dip my toe in a digital project and little did I know I would go onto leading the Programme and staying. This digital & tech world opened up so many new career choices to explore.

My educational background is...

My career started whilst studying for BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences, which led me to further my education with an MSc in Medical Toxicology. During management roles within the NHS I went on to acquire Post graduate diploma in Leadership & Management. I also hold PRNCE 2 and MSP accreditations.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Have a go! There is a whole raft of roles in this sector - yes you can kiss a few frogs before you land the right role, but isn't that in every sector? Girls bring a different view to solving problems and creating new ideas and we need you!
