The skills I use most in my job...

Diplomacy

Observing patterns

Problem solving

Directness

Data driven

The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

A project where I introduced an Agile transformation into a gambling brand as the Head of Product Delivery. It taught me so much about managing tricky stakeholders and the realities of transformation and I try to bring that real world experience in to my consultancy approach

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I had started I’m recruitment and spent my time telling candidates how great a career in tech would be and so I figured I should take my own advice and do the same! I worked with some great tech businesses

My educational background is...

I have a degree in English Literature so my background is alternative to the average Agilist. As I began to specialise I became certified an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, RTE and SPC which are specific roles within the SAFe framework

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Don’t tell yourself that there’s not a place for you here. There absolutely is and the very act of being here is enough to make the real change we all want and need to see. And be brave, push the boundaries that you see in front of you
