Adaptability

The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

Without a doubt - upskilling in all of the new products that Kainos has developed. When I joined 5 years ago my role involved the product Smart Test, however since then they have developed so many other products such as Smart Audit, Smart Shield and with even more to come!

What inspired me into digital and tech...

When in secondary school I did a few days work experience in an IT company which made me realise that you don't need to be a coder to work in IT - there are actually so many other types of jobs available!

My educational background is...

I studied Business Management at Queens University with a placement year in Delivery Management at Fujitsu

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Go for it! There is such a variety of in roles in IT (some that don't even exist yet!) that you are guaranteed to find something that you enjoy and excel at. Also imposter syndrome is normal so surround yourself with great role models and colleagues who will support you.
