Across the agency we have 8 product teams who each manage between 2 and 5 clients each. As Head of Delivery I ensure the delivery team are driving and demonstrating a ‘best in class’ outlook in all they do from how they run their individual teams to delivering great digital products for our clients!

Having worked in the Travel Industry for over 20 years then taking a leap of faith to move into the digital world it was a great to know there are so many transferable skills for the role I'm doing now.
What inspired me into digital and tech...
I was working at LateRooms.com as a Customer Service Manager and recognised that kind of tasks I really enjoyed doing and those that didn't. I then applied the tasks I enjoyed to my current role and realised I wasn't doing any of them daily!. A role came up as a Business Analyst and the rest is history!
My educational background is...
Left school with 4 GSCEs then went to college to do a Travel & Tourism BTEC course. Since then I've done higher education qualifications in Training & Learning, NVQs in Teaching & Mentoring and a L5 coaching qualification.
What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...
Do it....it's a great industry that needs more girls!. Digital was never a thing when I was at school so didn't have the opportunities students have nowadays. Embrace the STEM subjects and also remember your core skills and competencies like communication, organisation, planning will also help you in the industry
