The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

So far it has to be a large transformation from legacy Waterfall Project Management into using Agile ways of working. Decopling legacy monolith software into Microservices allowing new changes to hit the market.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I wanted to have financial freedom, however, was taught you had to be highly educated to have a good role, but I've never been academically gifted because traditional 'learning' at school isn't how I learn. In Tech you are always being practical and problem solving as well as failing fast.

My educational background is...

I went to University and studied Business Economics with a Professional Placement.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Please try it! Go for it and use the mentors around you to learn more about what you'd like to do. Try Internships / apprenticeships to find your role - you will never fall into a career early on you need to grow your skills as well as yourself.
