The skills I use most in my job...

Analytical skills when reviewing the businesses’ budgets.

Problem solving to work out how our solution can best suit a business.

Interpersonal given it is an investing role where there are many stakeholders including management teams, advisors and other investors.

The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

Last year, we provided debt financing to Neighbourly, a technology platform that helps businesses deliver employee volunteering programmes. It was interesting to learn how their technology has been leveraged to facilitate nearly nearly £1 billion of impact into local communities since 2014, and this clearly aligns with Palatine's core values.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I love learning about different ways innovative tech can be used to solve critical issues that businesses and citizens face on a day-to-day basis.

My educational background is...

I have an Economics degree from the University of Bristol.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Go for it! This is an exciting and quickly evolving industry with opportunities for a range of skill sets.
