The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

I was lead technical analyst for the Bates & Others v Post Office (Horizon Issues) trial that is currently very popular in the news due to the ITV drama shedding light on the case. Working with the Claimants legal team and counsel has been the highlight of my career to date.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I grew up watching my dad tinker with gaming consoles and PC's most of my life so when I decided to return to education later on in life it was the natural choice for me.

My educational background is...

BSc (Hons) Forensic Computing. I went back to education as a part-time adult learner. Volunteering at a forensic computing company I was offered a full-time paid job and enhanced my skills and career there over the last ten years taking various training courses as well as on the job learning.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Ignore the perceived barriers. We spend most of our lives working so do something you love and if that is digital and tech then you will be motivated enough to find a way.
