I was encouraged by the management team at Ultimate that I had the right skill set and personality for the role. The constant changing industry has fuelled my interest in the role further and is what drives me to continue my career within the digital field.

My educational background is...

I have a Mathematics degree from Northumbria University. Straight out of university I was unsure what I wanted to pursue as a career, I joined the Ultimate Products Graduate Scheme which offered me support and development to the role I am in now.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Find something you enjoy & that your good at, understand the skills required and I can almost guarantee there will be a role within the digital and Tech industry that needs you. If there isn’t, create one! This industry evolves so quickly, we don’t know who we will need tomorrow!
