The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

I worked on an exciting digital transformation where I directly supported the Chief Operating Officer in strategizing and developing new frameworks and tools to enable efficiency. I managed key aspects and co-ordinated the development of key product and service propositions as well as successfully implementing various software and processes.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

The breadth of opportunities available to me and the autonomy to steer my career is what inspired me to go into digital and tech. It's a fast paced environment where every day is not the same, and so it's the variety in the job and the opportunities to travel.

My educational background is...

I did my A levels in Maths, Business, Law and Textiles. I then went onto university where I did an integrated masters degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEng), which in my final two years I specialised in Medical Engineering. I had an amazing opportunity to work on a project with Johnson and Johnson, where I picked up various skills such as reporting, analysis, organisation & communication which are great skills to take to any delivery / consulting role!

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

It's hard to know what you want when you're so young! Explore your opportunities and don't be afraid to try things out and fail fast. You only know what you do and don't want from experience.
