Working on Business Change has allowed me to get involved in the transformation of Engineering and help make it a better place for all to work in. Its main goal is to allow people to get their job done easier and connect people across the business.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I have always been interested in STEM, but was getting a bit bored of the traditional sciences. Being apart of tech means I can be at the forefront of technological advancements and help better our future.

My educational background is...

I studied Chemistry at University and had the opportunity to join a Graduate scheme that trained you in Software development skills. From there i have coded and moved onto more of the Business change and leading in our Open Source Software.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

It is such a great area to work in. No day is the same and you can always learn more. It is an incredibly versatile career and you can do a wide range of things with it.
