I have worked on confidential projects for maritime systems, alongside ex-navy colleagues and customers. I also took part and launched Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, engaging people of all backgrounds into Engineering careers.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I wanted to contribute to a bigger cause and realistically ensure that I have positive career prospects and stability as everyday processes become more automated.

My educational background is...

At college I studied English Language and Literature, Mathematics and Computing. I graduated with a 1st Class Hons in (BSc) Software Engineering doing a Degree Apprenticeship. At work I have been in numerous training for quality assurance and engineering skills.

Engineering encompasses a vast range of career paths that means you can be challenged in your strengths and hone your weaknesses, to become a strong team member in a collaborate environment with potential for leadership and management.
