The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

Everyday is exciting for me. I spend my days talking to and building relationships with a diverse range of people, getting to understand what drives and motivates them, along with playing a part in them achieving great things in their professional development. One of the most interesting projects I have worked on is redesigning our job adverts.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

The whole world around us is changing! Everyday processes are being continual influenced and changed by technology - and I wanted to be a part of that. Data forms the basis of everything we do now and new products are revolutionising the way the world works. So spending my days with the people driving the change is so exiting!

My educational background is...

I did a BA hons degree in Business and Human Resource Management, but realised that it was not for me. So I looked into what I really enjoy doing and Talent Acquisition was a great fit for my skills.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Digital and Tech is a great career choice. Not matter what your passion and skill set is, there will be a role for you!
