The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...
The most interesting thing I have worked on so far would be a Cyber Awareness, Behaviour and Culture project. I get to help develop novel methods of teaching cyber to the general populace, with methods such as gameshows, escape rooms and Capture the Flags used thus far.
