What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Go for it! If you are keen to learn new things, are inquisitive and enjoy problem solving then it's such a rewarding career and definitely not as scary as you think. You should consider it because it's got so much variety and potential, if you decide you don't like coding then there is so much more you can do still in tech, there is no one career path and you can switch around based on what you enjoy, I guarantee there will be something in tech space you love!
