The most interesting thing I've worked on in my career so far...

I once developed a diabetes screening platform for Merck Africa. It was a huge challenge because I had to make it work on old phones and browsers like Opera Mini with a very slow signal. But the biggest reward was knowing that it makes a difference to people's lives.

What inspired me into digital and tech...

I’ve always loved the logic of mathematics and solving complex problems. Early in my career, I was often the only woman in the room. This inspired me to found 'Girls in IT' and mentor with Geek Girls Carrots, helping to shape a more inclusive field for everyone.

I hold three Master’s degrees: Computer Science and a postgraduate degree in Economics of Enterprise from Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University in Ukraine, and Computer Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland.

What advice I'd give to girls thinking about a career in digital and tech...

Be brave and believe in yourself. Often, women are far more talented than they realise. Tech is a field where your unique logic and creativity can truly shine. Don’t be afraid to be the first in the room, your voice and skills are exactly what the future needs!
