As well as exposure and opportunity we know that mentoring is a vital part of support and empowerment. Our Mentor Her programme offers opportunities to both be mentored and give back by becoming a mentor.

Mentor a young person

To become a mentor for one of the young people we work with across Greater Manchester you need to be 25 and over. You will need to be able give one hour per month for a minimum of 6 months and complete our level one mandatory online training.

You’ll be supported through the one million mentors network throughout your journey.

Currently, mentoring a young person has been paused. However we are working with schools and colleges to be able to deliver this soon.

Mentor a women in her early career in tech

Do you want to pay it forward?

Become a mentor and help ensure more women in the early stages / years of their career in tech stay in the industry, and progress.

You will receive training mentor training and support throughout your journey and be part of a Digital Her real role model mentor network.

You will need to be able to give an hour a month for a minimum of 6 months. Mentoring can be in-person or online.
