I lead customer success at DigitalBridge, the award-winning computer vision and machine learning company building industry-leading space planning and room visualisation tools for kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. I work with our global retail and trade clients to ensure the best possible ROI on implementation of our cutting-edge technology.
Working with the team to put a strategy in place to move DigitalBridge from the startup space with a small customer base to working with big global retailers - we're now putting that strategy into action!
Studied geography at King's College London, then developed my professional skills at work learning from my peers and management as I moved up.
It's a really exciting industry to work in. Technology is constantly changing and evolving so there's always something new to explore and implement, you need to stay on top of your game in technology to keep up with - and stay ahead of! - the competition. The industry really embraces new ways of working too and lots of tech and digital companies really believe in promoting fantastic workplace culture that’s inclusive and pushes boundaries at the same time.
Go for it! The technology industry is so diverse and there are so many careers you could have. Tech is, in my personal experience anyway, a really fun industry to work in and there’s lots of scope for new ideas whether you’re the most junior or senior person in the office. There’s a big push at the moment to get more women into the digital and technology spheres, this is your time!
